Rhonda A. DiVagno Practice Rhonda A. DiVagno practices in the areas of civil litigation, local government law, and insurance regulation and administration. Professional Experience Rhonda comes to the office with extensive litigation experience acquired while serving with the Office of the State Attorney. While with the Office of the State Attorney Rhonda appeared regularly in both County and Circuit Court in a variety of legal proceedings. In her time as a prosecutor Rhonda handled juvenile, traffic, and felony caseloads. In all Rhonda was the lead trial attorney on over 30 jury trials and numerous hearings. Prior to working with the Office of the State Attorney Rhonda spent a year with the Florida House of Representatives on the Local Government Council. She became interested in local government after interning with the Leon County Attorneys Office while attending Florida State University College of Law.
